Q. What types of games do you offer?

In Call of Cthulhu, players will assume the role of 1920s investigators, they'll investigate anything from an Egyptian tomb or the murder of neigbor. In Dungeons and Dragons, players will assume the role as adventurous heros completing quests for gold and glory.

Q. What does a session involve?

Each player will receive a character sheet (either pre-generated, or ready to fill out depending on the session), and a set of 7 RPG dice (if in-person). We'll have a 10-15 minute instruction on how to play the game, and then up to 3 hrs of game time.

Q. How does playing a game help my team?

Tabletop role playing games spark creativity, enhance improvisation, and encourage problem solving. A team who have honed these abilities in the game world, are more likely to employ them in the real one.

Q. What are the requirements for virtual sessions?

We utilize the Roll20 virtual tabletop for virtual sessions, check out their site for more details.

Q. How do you handle sensitive subject matter?

Tabletop RPGs are all about having fun. We take this very seriously. Players will always know the general premise of the session, and will receive a confidential questionnaire that will allow them to list any topics that may be "off limits" during play. Each GM will provide players with content cards (yellow, and red). Sometimes during gameplay, the description of a fallen warrior or a crime scene may be a little too real for some folks, and that they're no longer having fun. Players can invoke their content cards at any time during play as a signal to the GM to switch up descriptions, or divert the story from taking a turn that might not be favorable for all players. If another player's actions cause someone to invoke their content cards, the offending player will receive a verbal warning from the GM. An offending player with a warning will be ejected from the game upon any further infractions.
